This is a domestically produced granola made from thoroughly roasted Hatsushimo germinated brown rice made in Gifu Prefecture, and given its flavor with olive oil. Please eat it as is or try using it in different ways such as a topping for ice cream or yogurt, or mixing it into bread dough.
